Sweden rock

Hi all,

Sweden rock festival is on at the moment and I hear from Niclas (Alyson avenue) that it´s great, as always;=) I´ve never been there myself but next year might be the first I´ll go cause they have booked my favorites from the 80´s - Phenomena. A project band with Glenn Hughes. Love the 2 first albums!

So maybe Sweden rock next year;=)

Good Morning Nettan!

Thanks for those videos, their songs are great!

Do you think there will be any possibility to meet you live again? This has always been a great dream of mine but I never had the chance to do so :(

Love and Hugs,

Hi Anette! Wonderful choice!! Phenomena was a grand project of the 1980s, one of the few appearances of Glenn Hughes in that decade, but always with his wonderful voice. I recommend that you listen the first Glenn's solo album called Play Me Out. Some tracks here:
You are a great singer and you have a beautiful musical taste! Cheers!! . My best wishes from Argentina. Gabriel

Glenn in my favourite band since my 12 years DEEP PURPLE... 34 years with Deep Purple. Totally recommended... and spectacular performance of Glenn and my dear Jon Lord!. And then the entire band with Tommy Bolin on guitar and culminate is great song. You will like!

No freaking way Anette!! I thought I was the only one who even knew about those albums!:-) I wore those records out in the 80's and am a huge Glenn Hughes fan to this day because of it. Remember the booklet that came with the first album? Was always a dream that I'd see them someday, but alas, is too far for me.. At least someone like you who sounds like you would really appreciate it will get the opportunity- very excited for you! Do you know if Glenn Hughes will be fronting it? (if that's the case-might have to tap into retirement savings) Anyway, this was a pleasant surprise to me that someone like yourself has the same appreciation for this band. You can tell we're the same age :-) Take care.

I really wanted to go :-( sooo many good bands! OK I saw some of them last weekend ago, but they were so good at the Loreley in Germany! Espeacially Rick Springfield! You should check that out. Australian rock musician who is famous in America and you won't believe me if you see pictures of him and I tell you he's 63 years old! (Turning 64 in August..) Too bad I couldn't go but my exams are now priority!

Enjoy your evening my dear and sweet dreams!

Awesome! I feel like this was made just for me! Two things all my life for years I have always dreamed of (see phenomina, travel to Sweden) coming together! Im going to try to make it happen, but it won't be easy for me. If anyone on the board has any advice on how to do this keeping costs down please let me know. Thanks again Anette!
