I made a new little piano-vocals cover today and now you can enjoy me and my out of tune piano again=)

A beautiful day here today and some sun finally=)

Bzzz little bumblebee

Oh, what a lovely weekend in the calmness of the forest and without electricity, hence the lack of blogging but I was in need of a stress-relief so I hope that was ok=)

It was raining ALL midsummer but we had a great time still and when the rain stopped I took some photos of all the lovely bumblebees while they were working really hard to gather pollen.

The lovely flowers called RHODODENDRON are just amazing!

In the Swedish forest

Swedish forest is the best thing I know and I love to be there no matter the weather=) 

Today we are going to Stockholm to celebrate Midsummer with Johan´s parents and I´m bringing all my rain clothes cause as always, midsummer will be a really rainy story=(

Lovely chocolate-almond cake

Today I felt like baking and I did a cake I made up myself=)  

Glutenfree, sugarfree, dairyfree - can it be better?

ANETTE´S CHOCOLATE CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

2 eggs

4 tablespoons of honey

1 dl of raw cacao

1 pinch of vanilla powder

1 dl of oatgurt

2 dl of gluten free flour

1 dl of almond flour

1/2 dl of coconut flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

a pinch of salt

1 table spoon of stevia or other sweetener

2 table spoons of coconut oil

1 tablespoon of almond flakes

coconut flakes

HOW TO DO:

Whip eggs and honey to a fluffy paste. Add all the other ingredients and put in a small form that has been prepared with coconut oil.

Add coconut flakes on top, place in the oven at 175 degrees for appr. 15-20 min depending on your oven.

Serve with whipped cream and raspberries or other berries

YUM!

LOVE the beach

Who doesn't love a crispy white sand on a beach in the summer evening? I do so I stopped by one of our beaches yesterday and took these photos=)
