Lovely chocolate-almond cake

Today I felt like baking and I did a cake I made up myself=)  

Glutenfree, sugarfree, dairyfree - can it be better?


2 eggs
4 tablespoons of honey
1 dl of raw cacao
1 pinch of vanilla powder
1 dl of oatgurt
2 dl of gluten free flour
1 dl of almond flour
1/2 dl of coconut flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
a pinch of salt
1 table spoon of stevia or other sweetener
2 table spoons of coconut oil
1 tablespoon of almond flakes
coconut flakes

Whip eggs and honey to a fluffy paste. Add all the other ingredients and put in a small form that has been prepared with coconut oil.
Add coconut flakes on top, place in the oven at 175 degrees for appr. 15-20 min depending on your oven.

Serve with whipped cream and raspberries or other berries

YUM! i think i would add some tellicherry black pepper, for some spicy & fresh taste.... :)
