You know, waking up a sunday, putting on my runner shoes and then run in THIS nature - pure magic and what make all the harder days in life fade away=)
No matter if you run really slow, if you run for a while and then walk a while - as long AS you RUN you do more for your heart than those who only walk or do nothing at all but sit in the couch every night=)
So go out there and get some fresh air and at the same time strengthen your body and HEART! Its super easy to go for a run and it costs nothing.
