Finally xmas is calming down and life gets back to normal=)
I did these yummie chocolate balls yesterday and filled them with protein for extra strength
Take fresh medjol dates (appr. 8-10 of them) and mix to a soft paste. Add gluten free oats, vanilla protein powder (I use from MM Sports) , raw cacao, sugar free fiber syrup and cold coffee. Then make balls and roll in almond flakes and put in the fridge. Serve cold.
