International Women´s day

Good morning everyone and I hope your saturday will be a wonderful one;=)

I´m going to the gym soon for a TEAM WOD and even if I´m damn soar in my body from the last sessions I will go and sweat like a pig,=)

Today it´s an important day cause it´s THE INTERNATIONAL WOMEN´S DAY!

So to all my sisters in the world - have THE BEST day today;=)

Today I´ve been with Mio at our weekly "sing with your baby" session where we and many other babies and mummies and daddies sit down and two lovely ladies sing with us and our children. So nice and Mio loves it!

Afterwards a nice long walk as always and today I took photos for you and I found two lovely doors that I liked and a lovely path up to a fountaine. These doors and the path all symbolize a new beginning and for me, doors are special. 

When you open up a new door in your life you do not know what will come, but the anticipation and excitement to go in to something new is, for me, the best thing I know in life.

So open the door and follow the path to YOUR dreams and desires;=)

A new review of SHINE

Good morning everyone=)

Hope you all are feeling super, it´s FRIDAY dear one!!

Yesterday I got this review and I posted the first part of it in my INSTAGRAM account and unfortunately some people didn´t like the first part of it. Even so, it is a nice review of me and my album so here is the whole review and as you can see, a good one,=)

From my morning walk

Some photos from yesterday´s and today´s mornings walks for you=)

There was a swan out in the ocean swimming around so calmly. You can see her back in some of the photos=)

 My coffee thermos is always with me;=)

Mio is having a bad cold so last night we almost didn´t get any sleep so before my interviews later this afternoon, we took a power nap and then some nice interviews with Spain and Holland.

And sometimes...

…a Monday can be a really shitty day=(

I feel this day is not the best one. From I woke up everything just have gotten wrong. The pram didn't work so we couldn't go to Nemo´s pre school and me and Mio couldn't take our long morning walk.

I got so angry due to me not being a technical genius when Johan, over the phone, said to me:

- Think LOGICALLY and you´ll be able to fix the tires on the pram… and ME? I was so angry that I could had just tossed the pram straight into the wall! hahaha!!

Now I can laugh about it but if there´s one thing I can´t deal with - it´s when I CAN`T fix things and I´m in need of help! It´s one of my bad personal traits - I get so frustrated and have no patient to keep calm and strategically fix things. Nope - I get totally angry, tosses things around and this is how I´ve been since I was a little girl who tossed things in the wall when I didn´t get things as I wanted them to be...

So today, this morning, it wasn´t Anette 42 years old who acted - but Anette, age 5 who was there trying to fix the pram…

And now the whole day is bad, of course;=)

But when I think of things, it was in a way good we didn´t go out cause then I can:

- clean my book shelf (which I really need to do!)

- bake some nice cookies for my kids (their happy faces will make me feel better;=)

- enjoy being indoors and just chilling (watching Keeping up with the Kardashians)

AND later on I have some nice interviews so I know my mood will get better soon;=)

Sweden rock magazine interview

I just saw that the new Sweden Rock Magazine where I´m doing an interview is out so I need to head out and get me a copy and if you´re from Sweden I suggest you do it too=)

Extra nice to share the first page with such a nice man as Tommi Iommi who I had the privilege to meet backstage when we played in UK in our DPP tour=)
