My new EP

So, as I said before I will release a little digital EP really soon and it will be one song in Swedish and one in English. 

The Swedish song is named "VINTERSJÄL" and the English one is named "COLD OUTSIDE".

I will release them digital as a digital EP and it will be available in Spotify and iTunes. No printed copies will be available and they are released without a record label.

The cover is below and the photo is taken by Raimo Gedda and the artwork is made by Alicia Köhler.

The songs are currently going through mastering and then I´ll release them so VERY soon!=)

Our weekend so far

Hi all!

So, finally I am feeling ok again and head ache is gone=) Thanks to that! So now I can exercise again and yesterday I did the cross trainer for 45 minutes and today one hour of over head squats, cross trainer, ski-erg, pull-ups, triceps presses and more. I love it and the whole body was shaking afterwards=)

Other than the gym we´ve been out in the snow, drink in yummie coffee in nice coffee places, been to Väla the big shopping mail getting me black hair color (finally) and shampoo and I ate sushi! Been missing sushi for a LONG time so I really enjoyed it=)

Migraine

Hi all and happy Friday!

For me, today is like coming out of a dark tunnel since I´ve had a bad headache/migraine for 3 days in a row. I get these migraines now and then when I get my period and they say its hormone related but still its so horrible to suffer from. Yesterday it was the peak day and I finally had to ask Johan to get me migraine pills and after some hours I felt how the pain went away. Today I am really tired but sooo relieved its gone! If you've never suffered migraine its hard to explain how terrible it is, but it affects the whole body. And I always have it on the right side and it hurts in my head, behind my eyes, on the side of the head, in my nose, my jaws, my neck, my arms. Incredible how it can affect a person and regular pain killers doesn't help.

BUT today I am fine and Thank God for that=)

Snowing a lot here today so we´ll see if we go out in that. I dislike snow as you know=)

ENJOY this day and below find my latest breakfast yummies!

Make a yummie smoothie on greens and fruit like green cale, banana, apple, avocado, oat milk and honey!

Scrambled protein eggs with oat cream, water, eggs and on top banana and sugar free fiber syrup

Protein saffron omelet with 2 eggs, oat cream, water, protein powder (MM sports) and saffron. 

Top the omelet with natural peanut butter, coconut quark and banana

Or make a chocolate protein pudding using casein (MM sports) and water. Top with banana, sugar free fiber syrup and cashew nuts

Oh, winter has arrived here and its COLD….brrrr!!! But still the kids need fresh air (and me too) so we take our little journeys to different playgrounds and yesterday we went to the ocean and the lovely pirate playground. Kids love it!

Its colder here now but since the sun shows itself I like it=) 

Sun is always better than grey and rain. We went the forest for this years first walk this weekend and here´s some photos of it.

Happy new year - welcome 2016

Happy new year all of you!

Our new years eve was, as every year, spent in my mum´s house where me and Johan always make a 3 course dinner and then we eat and play some games and go to bed after midnight=)

2016 will be great, I am sure! I will release some songs I´ve made before and I´ll let u know when u can get the first one in iTunes, spotify and such.

Now enjoy the new year and lets make it a better and more HUMANE one than 2015
