Pink

I love pink and especially a bit more dark pink when it comes to lipsticks and lipgloss. This lipgloss from MAX FACTOR is so perfect in color and will stay on for many hours.

On the cheeks I have my new bronzer from H&M and it has a lovely glitter in it. 

On my eyes I have the pink eyeshadow from my SEPHORA box and under the eyes and around my nose my concealer from BIOTHERM.

A wintery morning

Friday and I am sitting writing my school paper and then this afternoon I´m finally getting my  hair cut! Its been 6 months so I am sure it needs a good one=)

Snowy landscape here and kids are happy but I am quite happy to sit inside and write…=)

Cardio

Yesterday evening I did cardio and 45 minutes of cross trainer. The day before that I did a massive workout with lots of lifts and my body was SO painful yesterday. And then its hard to go to the gym but I also know that doing some exercising then make the circulation increase in the muscles and today I actually feel MUCH better. So my advice is to go and do some cardio even these days after a heavy lifting session.

Had my hair up with hair pins and tomorrow I´m finally going to the hair dresser after half a year without a hair cut,hehe=) Maybe short? hmmm…=)

Gave myself a treat at JOE & THE JUICE with loads of vitamins in a ginger shot, a green juice with spinach, apple and pineapple and a gluten free toast with tuna and avocado

Perfect mornings

My favorite breakfast at the moment is a simple scrambled eggs with 2 eggs and a table spoon of oat cream and a pinch of salt. Then I just add fresh banana slices on top and voila!

Been eating this every morning this week and I LOVE it!!

And woke up and it was LOTS of SNOW outside!!! Me - who dislike snow and winter=( But of course the boys were happy so well, I´ll try and LOVE it too, hehe!
