Oh, this breakfast is sooo yummie and if you haven't tried it - do it=)
You can add other things to it but the ground recipe is:
2 dl of coconut milk
2-3 tablespoons of chia seeds
vanilla powder
Let it stand over the night and then eat in the morning!
I also add mashed banana to it and then I top with mango, raspberries or blueberries but you can choose whatever you like=)
Healthy, yummie and super easy to do
ENJOY!

I've never heard of this culinary delight until today so thank-you my favourite lady Viking, especially also for sharing the recipe with us :-) As I love bright colours I'm really looking forward to the prospect of making my Chia Pudding look lively and exciting with the wonderful range of healthy toppings available of my choosing :-) Also, as Chia Pudding seems to have a capacity to be very colourful & pretty, I reckon it would be a great breakfast for summertime. Though being potentially colorific I can imagine it could also brighten up these dark winter mornings we're presently going through :-)
Looks as though my Prague pancakes now have some competition... :-)
Well Anette, I can now officially say that I like my breakfast like I like my women. Bright, colourful, pretty, and sweet on the outside and the inside! :-D
I bid you good day my favourite lady Viking! :-)
