Well why not make some yummie sugar free and gluten free x-mas candy tonight like I just did?
I took fresh medjol dates and mixed to a paste. Added gluten free oats, vanilla powder, crunchy peanut butter, cashew nut butter, coconut oil and a small package of saffron. Rolled them to balls and dipped them in coconut flakes. Place into the fridge and then enjoy!

Hi Anette!
This looks very good, thanks for sharing the recipe :).
I didn´t plan to be absent again for so long, but at the moment I just find hardly time to comment... argh, and today, when the weekend starts, I have such a bad and stressful day where I feel so bad and also a bit sad and depressed. And I guess you know those days who start shitty and then there comes always more and more... I can tell you I am so SICK of this day and am happy that it´s over soon!
Yeah... sorry, it´s just... well, shitty day as I said :). I hope your one is better and that you are enjoying the birthday party you went to. Have a great start into the weekend Anette and I´ll be back for writing more and more happy and positive things again :).
Lots of hugs and light to you!
