Some days….

Hi all,

Do you, as me, have days when you wish you just went back to bed and woke up tomorrow instead?

Well, today is, for me, such a day. Stupid people coming my way all day long making me sooo tired and angry and also with that feeling of wanting to just cry.

I have gotten rid of almost ALL the negative energies in my life the past years but some are hard to get rid off. I have one wish and that is for those to vanish and be GONE from my life forever!

So if any of you have any good magic in you - put a nice positive spell on me today and get rid of my negative energies so I can feel happy again=)

OR I´ll just go to bed and wake up to a brighter day tomorrow=)

Either goes I guess? hehe!

Kronborg castle in Denmark

Yesterday afternoon we took a trip with the boat to Denmark and visited the big castle called KRONBORG CASTLE. I haven't been there since I went to school and it was the first time for both Johan and the boys and we all loved it=)

Lots to look at! Going around inside the castle, underneath the castle in the prison caves and outside the castle where theres canons to look at and more. It lies so beautifully by the ocean and its a great thing to visit if you´re here!

Hi all!

So I did a beige/nude make up yesterday and I promised to tell more about what I used in here so here we go=)

For contouring my face I used the great box from MAKE UP FOREVER (to the left in the photo) called Sculpting cit, for my eyes I used the shade from SEPHORA called Colorful and then for my lips a lipstick with some nice glitter in in also from SEPHORA called No 38.

Oh how I wish...

… for more hours to the days=)

Well, I do have quite some things to do in life at the moment with working extra, reading extra courses aside of my normal studies, trying to get even more in shape, being with my family and getting more clothes cleansed out from the storage=)

BUT, the day only has some hours and therefore sometimes I need to "let go" of some of the planned routines for other more important stuff. I also suffer from a bad stomach at the moment and many evenings I can't go to the gym due to stomach pain. Guess it´s some stress but also maybe when I eat some more raw food cause I do have a sensible stomach and it gets quite upset easily. So today I´m gonna treat it nicely since I had severe stomach pain last night and had to cancel my crossfit session=( So sad when that happens but instead I´ll go to the gym soon.

And thats the thing with life and exercise. IF I miss a session I get, of course, sad since I love to exercise, but I do not dwell over it! Instead I make the next session even better and move ahead. Cause if you´re gonna get exercising into your daily routines, it can't be that just because you miss one session due to illness, work and such, you stop doing it or you go and feel "bad" for it - NO, as with everything in life we need our exercising to be balanced and work with our daily life. Cause THAT´s when we´ll do it forever and not only for a period of time.
