Glutenfree scones

Sunday means scones for breakfast and I here´s my recipe:


1 dl almond flour
1 dl coconut flour
2 dl of gluten free flour
1 teaspoon of salt
3 tablespoons of agave syrup (can be excluded if you want)
1 teaspoon of baking powder
a pinch of salt
2 dl of quark

Start mixing together all the dry ingredients and then add the quark. 
Bake in 250 degrees for 10 minutes

Serve with cheese and lemon curd or any other yummie stuff u like=)
