I love pancakes and since I don't eat gluten anymore I always do my own variations of the traditional banana pancake and yesterday I did them with chocolate since I LOVE chocolate=)
Here´s there recipe for 2 persons:
2 mashed bananas
3 table spoons of coconut flour
a pinch of vanilla powder
2 table spoons of raw cacao
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
Fry as small pancakes in coconut oil on middle temperature in the frying pan. Serve with your choice, I had whipped cream with strawberries on top.
