If you're after exercise music my favourite lady Viking then may I recommend an album called Whammy! by The B-52's :-)I've never personally exercised to it though I'm led to believe it's a very good album to exercise to ( especially the title-track ). And I can hear why that is as the early 80's synth and percussion on the album has got a nice energy/tempo flow about it.I recommend you give a whirl. Night night! :-)
Hi Anette!I didn´t know this song before, but I just listened to it and it´s indeed a great song and it´s good that it helps you with exercising. With me, exercising and the effect of music has to do with what I exercise. For example at the gym I listen to music while exercising and that´s great, but while exercising for school, learning and so on, it´s better I don´t listen to music because it distracts me very fast and then I can´t focus anymore on the school stuff :).I wish you a very nice evening and a good start into a new week tomorrow! Lots of hugs to you :).
Hello dear. I like your pictures.I wish you have a nice day.Enjoy-Have fun.
Hi Anette!I wanted to say congratulations that you got the highest grade in caregiving! :). I´m happy for you and that´s a really great achievement you can be very proud of. Really good work! From tomorrow on, I´m on a school trip to Vienna until the weekend. First it was planned that we go to Hamburgh, but that would have been too expensive, so they decided for Vienna instead. I want to wish you all the best for this week and by the way, in Vienna I will see the musical "Mamma Mia!" that contains Abba Songs. I´m looking forward to it and will write about it here when I´m back :).Have a great week and please take good care! Lots of hugs :).
