First relaxation and then working...

...that´s my day today.

Started off walking with Mio in his pram by the ocean, sitting down and listening to the ocean. I really love being in the moment, hearing the ocean sound and meditate for a while. It´s good to relax the mind from all stress and things occupying my mind;=)

Then home and now I´m working in front of my computer while I nurse Mio. Multi-tasking is needed;=) And boring things to attend to but very important things so need to be done in these coming days. Nemo is in daycare until 14 so soon time to head out and get him again.

And later on it´s running time again! Were at the gym yesterday and it was fun lifting heavier weights and feeling the "pump". But running is just the best!

Wish you all a great day and to see photos and videos from my morning walk, go to my INSTAGRAM!

  1. Anette ... the more I read what women write on social networks, the more I realize that we all have the same concerns and problems to solve, it's about children, clothes, work, leisure, ... Women who are mothers seem to have been made the same way and distributed across the planet. (laughs) How nice to be in a thousand. That continue to bless all of us and our children!

  2. It's great that Nemo goes to kindergarten, children love to play with their same age. How did he like it there?
I have a question for you Anette, I hope that my answer ... As you look at education in Sweden, when (in the months) a log of their children to school, and first graders are the same as in our 6-year-olds? It is important to me because next year we are planning to move to Sweden and this information would really help me. I greet you warmly and please reply.

    Love and hugs :*

  3. Good morning, Nettie.
So, would you mind to read some lyrics of mine? I love to write lyrics and sometimes put them some melody on my acoustic guitar but I don't have energy enough to try to be a musician anymore and have no time too because I work and study all day and night to become a doctor, so I really want to give you some lyrics of mine cause maybe you like one of them and record in the future, I would love too. If there's a way to do this, please tell me okay?

Now have a beautiful working day =).

    Love, Carol

  4. Heyy Hunny, how are you today? I haven't been to the gym in soooo long haha! But I started using Wii Fit again and it seems to do the job.

What is this "work" you speak of? Writing songs for the new album perhaps? ;)

Btw, I started listening to Ellie Goulding and I'm surprised with how much I like her music. Definitely recommend her music!

  6. Vinga: Hi! Nice that you´re moving to Sweden;=) Välkomna! Well, our system is so that our kids start school in the year they turn 7 so if your child is born late that year, he or she might be 6. Then they go to regular school from class 1-9 so they are 15/16 when they finish school that you have to attend. Then the choice is theirs to follow with so called high school and university. If you understand Swedish, here´s a good site to read about it: http://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grundskolan_i_Sverige
    Take care now!

  9. Anette ... I also have 3 children, Leandro 17, Bruno 15 years and Peter 9 years. The oldest started dating, so now I got a daughter, Julia 15 years. I've gone through phases with them makes me nostalgic, then I see old photos and school work days mothers. Now I see that the doors to adulthood are open and my job is to make the passage safe and happy. Anette, be prepared to share their child with the world, is a difficult time for mothers, when they begin to no longer depend on our care, but at the same time is beautiful to see that they are capable and have learned from our lessons. You are a successful woman, and this will be reflected in their children, they will become wonderful men, this is what our children desire: happiness, health, achievements, united families, loves, passions, ... they become better parents than us. WORDS SPOKEN IN LOVE BECOME A MOTHER IN LAW THAT MEETS THE TIME. Kisses and hugs!
