So, here´s the workout I did yesterday at the gym
10 minutes warm up on the cross trainer
Then:
tabata 8 x 20 seconds where I variated with burpees and walking up and down on a box jump box
After that:
-pull ups in the pull ups machine: 3 times 10 reps
-Russian kettle bell swings with 16 kilo 3 x 10 reps
kettle bell get ups with 10 kilo 3 x 5 reps
shoulder presses with 7 kilo dumbbells 3 x 12 reps
flies with 5 kilo dumbbells 3 x 10 reps
stomach exercise with pilates ball (see my instagram for how to do these) 3x 7 reps
Then cross trainer 10 minutes as a cardio
