So, today I pre-ordered the Hobbit - The desolation of Smaug and I´m longing until it gets on iTunes so we can watch it;=)

Have any of you seen it yet?

  1. Actually I was really disappointed by the first movie. To me it lost its sobriety what I loved at Lord of the rings. The Hobbit seems to me more like a fairy tale.
Everything is so colorful, they´re joking and its more fun than in LoTr.
So I saved the money for the movie this time

  6. Hi Nettie,
unfornutately I haven't seen it yet. I would love to watch it but I don't want to go to the cinema all alone so I would need to find someone to join me first. ;-)
But I saw the first movie a few weeks ago because my dad got it on x-mas as a gift. I liked the first movie and the second one has to be better. Well, this is what people say who already saw the second movie. ;-) And as one of the crazy little fan-girls I'm longing to see "The desolation of Smaug" because it will be the return of Legolas too. ;-) I have to admit that I really have a crush on Orlando Bloom since I was nine and saw "The Fellowship of the Ring". ;-) I think that's something I have in common with many girls. ;-)

I hope your pre-order will arrive soon and have fun watching the movie. :-)
    Kisses and hugs,
    Steffi <3

  7. Självklart! Såg den på bio och älskade varenda minut, trots flera grava avvikelser från boken :D

  9. Hi Anette!

Oh yes, as I mentioned yesterday I have watched it again :).

Especially Smaug is so incredibly good made, impressing every time again. I also like the first Hobbit very much but I think part two is even better.

I guess you will like it and I hope you´ll tell us your opinion when you have seen it too :).

  10. hej anette, i hope you're ok :)
i've never seen the hobbit, and i'm not sure i'll ever watch these movies. i love tolkien's book and it's too far from it... i liked the lotr movies alot, i even have the expanded movies in dvd (a box with 12 dvds!), but that's all. maybe i'm wrong, i don't know, but i love to read fantasy books, and it's never the same pleasure with a movie, i always feel there's something missing...
so now i wish you a nice week, kisses & hugs for you and your family <3

  13. Waaah! You talking about The Hobbit...! Oh, I just got a brilliant idea, why don't you make a cover of "I see fire" or "Song of the Lonely Mountain"? XDD That would be one of the perfect things in life. Ok, now, seriously, the movie. Of course it is done beautifully and with great care. It lacks the humor and lightness of the book and it's much darker than "An Unexpected Journey". There are two things that would never have happened in Tolkien's world, along with many fights, but they shouldn't be boring. Overall it is quite good. I wish you to have fun.:)

  14. I've seen it. It didn't follow the book that much, but it was still a great movie :D

  15. Yes! It is amazing, I can't wait to own it myself! Plus, there's Martin Freeman and Benedict Cumberbatch, so my Sherlock fangirl self is also satisfied. It's a very well done move. There are differences from the book, but that's to try and satisfy and bring in a wider audience. I love the whole shadow/dark/light ties they've incorporated throughout the film. I hope you like it!

We make today a group of 205 Nettans (nickname we use), and our idea was to have a recognized page for you with an official fan club, as well as big bands and artists have. It would be a great dream. How we need to proceed to have this recognition your Nettie?

  20. Of course, I have already seen it in December :D. My boyfriend is a huge Lord Of The Rings Fan, so I went with him. I thought it was really epic ;).
If you have read the book, you will see that there are a lot of differences. But this is the case in most movies that come from a book...

  21. Yes, I saw it in the cinema. I really liked it but, there were parts here and there which were a little... meh. I won't spoil it for you but, I hope you enjoy it.
I would suggest watching The Hobbit first but, I thought I would share with you a Lord of the Rings fan film called "Born of Hope".
The people who made it are currently working on a new original fantasy web series called Ren (rentheseries.com).

Here is a link to watch the film (Youtube): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4l97GiM--jY

  25. I wish a lot to watch it cause it's one of my favourite books, but it's no one to go to the cinema with. And watching movie in the cinema alone is so sad...

  26. Hey dear, saw some promo photos of you and what can I say? Surprising, cold and WONDERFUL!
I loved the hair, the clothes and specially the "wether" around the photos, guess it's the feeling of the album...a little bit cold, dark, sad and still sweet. Am I right? Please, say yes haha.
Can't wait to see more, to watch the video, to have the album in my hands and of course, see you on the stage again.
    Thank you!

    Love, Carol
