You know, when being pregnant and having less than a week left, the cleaning lady spell always occurs in me;=) Yesterday I cleaned and scrubbed and killed all eventual yerms in our bath room. Some hours later it shines like it hasn´t done since I don´t know when;=)
Today, it´s time for our kitchen! I am just getting started!!
And you know, this is something that feels so good when done cause I also know that after the little one is born, I will go into a baby "hybernation" and just kiss and hug a baby for weeks, so no cleaning will be done..hehe!

ReplyDeleteThat kind of reminded me of something my mom tells about all of her pregnancies. She always got very tired near the end and just wanted me and my brothers to come out so she could sleep in a "decent" position and she could take more than a few steps without losing her breath. But, apparently, my brothers and I were kind of lazy and didn't want to come out. So when she felt that the contractions were too far along or something, she'd start cleaning the house and washing clothes in the old washboard. That would, without fail, make the contractions come closer between each other and she'd go into labor faster.

Sounds like you got everything under control! I must admit, the only time I'm in the mood to clean my house is when I have work to do and I will do ANYTHING to put it off. I remember I deep cleaned the entire bathroom once just to avoid doing uni work; dunno why I do that lol!
